"Four suppliers, no one in charge." Screens from one company, sound from another, staging from a third, and an agency trying to make them agree on load-in times. Every gap between suppliers becomes the client's problem.

"The run of show changed and the technical plan didn't." Speaker order changes, a video is added, a panel becomes four people instead of three. If the technical plan is not built to absorb that, the room finds out during the event.

"It worked in rehearsal." Laptops, adapters, resolutions and presenter mode. Most conference failures are signal failures, and they are preventable with a proper technical rehearsal.

"Nobody planned the power." Power and rigging are venue orders with their own deadlines. Missing them is expensive and sometimes unfixable on the day.

"We could not hear the speaker in row 20." Speech intelligibility in a long room is a design problem, not a volume problem.

Equipment we own and maintain. Tested in our own service centre before it ships, with spares in the truck.

Rehearsal is part of the scope, not an extra. Signal, sound check, lighting states and cue-to-cue before doors open.

Written scope with exclusions. Power, rigging, internet, overtime, standby and content preparation are stated, not assumed.

Technical capabilities

Staging. Modular stages, risers, ramps, backdrops, set elements, cable management and edge protection.

Video. Indoor and outdoor LED walls, projection, LCD video walls, confidence monitors, media servers, switching, recording and streaming feeds.

Audio. Line array and point-source systems sized to the room, speech reinforcement, wireless microphone coordination, monitors, playback, mixing.

Lighting. Stage wash and key lighting for camera, moving heads, uplighting, gobo and branding projection, lighting control and pre-programmed states.

Rigging. Truss structures, hanging points and load calculations, executed within venue rigging rules.

Crew. Technical manager, audio, lighting and video operators, stagehands, and a technician for the run of the event.

FAQ

What does an event production company actually do? Everything technical between the empty room and the event running: stage, screens, sound, lighting, rigging, power planning, rehearsal and the operators on the day.

Do you work with event agencies or only direct clients? Both. With agencies we work as the technical partner behind the creative and production lead.

Can you take over a technical plan someone else started? Yes, provided there is time to review it properly. Bring the venue drawings, the run of show and the existing equipment list.

How far in advance should we book? Six to ten weeks is comfortable for a conference. Peak season in Dubai compresses crew and equipment availability, so earlier is better between October and April.

Do you handle power and rigging with the venue? We specify what is needed and prepare the paperwork. The orders themselves go through the venue against the client's account.

Do you provide streaming or recording? Feeds for streaming and recording can be provided as part of the video scope. Tell us the platform and the deliverable at brief stage.

What do you need to quote? Venue, date, audience size, format and the run of show if it exists. If it does not exist yet, the agenda outline is enough to start.
