FAQ
Can you deliver and install, or is it collection only? We deliver, install, test and support. Collection-only is not how we work: an untested screen at a venue is a problem waiting to happen.
Do you provide a technician for the event? Yes, and for anything beyond a static image loop we recommend one.
Can you supply AV for a stand built by another contractor? Yes. See exhibition stand design and build.
How late can I book? Short-notice requests are normal in this market. Feasibility depends on inventory and crew availability on the date — call rather than email if the event is within a week.
Do you handle rigging and power? We prepare the requirements and the load information. The orders go through the venue against your account, following venue rules.
