LED walls from our own inventory, maintained in our own service centre, delivered, installed, tested and run by our technicians. IDS has worked with professional display technology in the UAE since 2004, as a distributor, integrator and rental supplier. When you rent a screen from us, the same team that services it is the team that installs it.

"I don't know what size or pitch I need." Pixel pitch is chosen from viewing distance, not from a price list. A screen that looks perfect at 8 metres can look coarse at 2. We size it from your room, your audience position and your content, before quoting.
"The screen was delivered but nobody could run it." A panel on a stand is not a working screen. Someone has to build the structure, feed it content, switch sources, and be there when the laptop refuses to output at the right resolution.
"The venue rejected our rigging." Hanging structures are governed by venue rules and load limits. Rigging is ordered through the venue and needs paperwork, not goodwill.
"Nobody told me what was excluded." Delivery, rigging, power distribution, standby, overtime and content preparation are often quoted separately elsewhere. We state them.
"We needed it tomorrow." Short-notice requests are normal in this market. What decides feasibility is inventory and crew availability, which is exactly why owning the stock matters.
We size it before we quote it. Tell us the room, the audience distance and the content and you get a recommended screen size and pitch, not just a price.
Own inventory and service centre. Panels are tested and maintained in-house. Spare modules travel with the crew.
Installed and operated, not just delivered. Structure, cabling, signal, test and a technician for the event.
Written scope. What is included, what is excluded, and what the standby arrangement is.

Indoor LED. Common rental pixel pitches for stands, stages and conference rooms. Screen size configured to your dimensions rather than fixed packages.
Outdoor LED. Weather-rated screens with appropriate brightness for daylight visibility.
Support structures. Ground-stacked frames, truss towers, hanging bars where the venue permits rigging, wall-mounted and floor-standing options.
Signal and playback. Media servers, scalers, switching, redundancy for critical content, input formats confirmed before the day.
Video walls and displays. LCD video wall arrays, interactive and touch displays, large-format screens for stands and showrooms.
Beyond rental. For permanent installations, IDS supplies and integrates professional display equipment with installation, integration and commissioning in-house, working with Orion, Hyundai, Commbox, Skyworth, Dicolor and Liantronics. See display solutions and integration.
Across Dubai and the UAE, and into Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, Morocco and Turkey. Cross-border jobs need longer lead times for freight and customs, so confirm the date early.
Organisations and brands IDS has worked with include Dubai Police, MIRA, Object 1, ROX, HONGQI, 1X, PIN-UP and Rocky Road Boxing Club.
How much does LED screen rental cost in Dubai? It depends on screen size, pixel pitch, indoor or outdoor, rental duration, structure and whether you need a technician on site. Send the date, venue and approximate size and you get a quote the same working day where possible.
What pixel pitch do I need? As a rule of thumb, the closer your audience, the finer the pitch. Tell us the nearest viewing distance and the content — text-heavy presentations need more resolution than video.
Can you install on an exhibition stand? Yes, on stands we build and on stands built by other contractors. See exhibition stand design and build in Dubai.
Do you provide a technician? Yes. For anything beyond a static image loop, we recommend one.
Do you handle rigging? We prepare the rigging requirement and the load information. The rigging itself is ordered through the venue against your account, following venue rules.
How late can I book? Short-notice requests are normal. Feasibility depends on inventory and crew availability on the date — call rather than email if the event is within a week.
Indoor or outdoor — what changes? Outdoor needs weather rating, higher brightness and a structure engineered for wind load. It is a different screen, not the same screen used outside.
